This policy explains what we collect when you use wave2.tech, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it minimal — we only collect what we need to respond to inquiries and understand how the site is used.

Who we are
Wave2 operates wave2.tech. We provide AI transformation consulting and products for professional services firms. For privacy questions, use our contact form — we do not publish a general inbox on this site.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways: when you submit the contact form, and when you browse the site.
- Contact form: name, email address, company name (optional), industry (optional), area of interest, and your message.
- Vercel Analytics: anonymized page views and basic device or browser information. This service does not use cookies for tracking.
- Google Analytics: page views, pages visited, basic device and browser information, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions.
- Hosting logs: our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP address, request time, and pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use your information
We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry, qualify fit, and follow up about our services or products. We do not sell your personal information.
We use analytics to understand which pages are visited and to improve the site. We do not use analytics for advertising or cross-site profiling.
Legal bases (where applicable)
If you are in the UK, EEA, or similar jurisdictions, we rely on legitimate interests to operate the site and analyze aggregated traffic, and on your consent when you submit the contact form.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms:
- Vercel — website hosting and Vercel Analytics (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy).
- Google — Google Analytics (policies.google.com/privacy).
- Web3Forms — contact form delivery to our inbox (web3forms.com/privacy).
Retention
We keep contact form correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential engagement, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's policies (Vercel and Google).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the form on this site with enough detail for us to verify your request.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

This site is for business inquiries. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
